The most common question I get as a doc is "what do I eat to ... insert health or fitness goal."  Most of the questions are about weight loss but the same applies to what to eat for workouts, to stay healthy and more. Over the years I've become increasingly frustrated with this question as it does depend on many factors and no two people are alike.
